As a Social Media Consultant for IPSY, one of the largest beauty subscription brands in the U.S. with over 6 million followers, I worked closely with the content and brand teams to shape the company’s online voice and visual identity across social platforms.

I was responsible for designing graphics, developing short-form video and photography content, writing engaging captions and scripts, and managing influencer-facing deliverables for key campaigns. I collaborated on content featuring top-tier beauty influencers and celebrities including Gigi Gorgeous and Ciara, ensuring their brand integrations aligned with IPSY’s messaging and audience engagement goals.

One of my key contributions was leading content development for IPSY’s October campaign, where I created and launched the hashtags #DiscoverYourself and #IPSYFlauntIt — designed to uplift self-expression and body confidence across all skin tones, identities, and body types. These hashtags became central to the brand’s messaging that month, driving community engagement and brand visibility across platforms. In addition to creative production, I curated and sourced user-generated content to strengthen brand authenticity and community trust, and contributed to trend research, content calendars, and performance tracking.

I also supported trend research, editorial calendar planning, and performance insights — gaining hands-on experience with large-scale digital communications and building my skills in both creative storytelling and strategy.
