As a Special Events Advisor in the Office of Congresswoman Abigail Spanberger, I played a key role in constituent services and public engagement. I supported constituents both in-person and by phone, helping resolve casework issues related to federal agencies and ensuring timely, compassionate follow-up on community concerns.

I coordinated logistics for five large-scale town halls across the district, each serving over 200 constituents. This included venue coordination, attendee outreach, and day-of execution — helping create accessible spaces for civic dialogue and transparent governance.

Additionally, I managed the office’s congressional programs, including the Congressional Art Competition and U.S. Service Academy Nominations, overseeing timelines, applicant communications, and final selections. Through this work, I gained valuable experience in event planning, public service, and program management at the federal level.
